European Toy Compliance Statement

At our company, ensuring full compliance with European toy safety regulations is the cornerstone of our commitment to protecting children’s health and safety, while enabling seamless market access across the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). We strictly adhere to the new Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 (TSR), which entered into force on January 1, 2026, and will be fully enforced from August 1, 2030, as well as the transitional arrangements for the former Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, which remains applicable for toys meeting its requirements until the full enforcement date of the TSR.

All our toys, designed and intended for use by children under 14 years old, comply with the strictest safety standards covering physical, mechanical, flammability, and chemical requirements. Chemically, our products are free from prohibited substances including Category 1A, 1B, 2 carcinogens, mutagens, and reproductive toxicants (CMRs), Category 1 and 2 endocrine disruptors for human health, and other hazardous chemicals, with stricter limits for substances such as bisphenol A (BPA, 0.005 mg/L migration limit), allergenic fragrances (10 mg/kg per substance), and specific monomers like acrylonitrile and styrene, as mandated by the TSR. We also meet the new requirements for slime and putty products, with strict limits on nitrosamines and their precursors.

To demonstrate compliance, all our toys bear the CE marking—accompanied by required safety icons or warning information where applicable—and are supported by a Digital Product Passport (DPP) as required by the TSR, ensuring unique traceability, easy accessibility without additional software downloads, and full transparency of product information throughout the supply chain. We also maintain comprehensive technical documentation, conduct necessary conformity assessment procedures, and issue the EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC), retaining all relevant records for 10 years after the toys are placed on the market.

We strictly fulfill the obligations of economic operators: our toys are clearly labeled with type, batch, or serial numbers for identification, along with our company name, registered trade mark, and contact information (on the toy, packaging, or accompanying documents if necessary). Safety instructions and warning information—including age recommendations, usage restrictions, and hazard alerts (using the mandatory triangular warning symbol where applicable)—are provided in languages easily understood by consumers in the relevant EU member states, with clear visibility even for online sales.

For connected toys with AI functions, social interaction capabilities, or location tracking, we comply with additional requirements under the AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Cybersecurity Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, and Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU, ensuring they meet high-risk safety and cybersecurity standards. We also implement strict quality control for serial production, conduct sample testing of marketed toys, and maintain records of complaints, non-conforming products, and recalls, keeping distributors fully informed of all monitoring activities.

Our commitment to European toy compliance extends beyond legal obligations: we proactively monitor updates to EU regulations and harmonized standards, continuously optimize our design, production, and testing processes, and work closely with authorized testing laboratories to ensure every product meets or exceeds the required safety benchmarks.
